Hello, I’m Qi

I’m a Seattle-based E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500 yoga teacher, offering private and small-group sessions in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Pranayama (breathwork). My teaching is rooted in presence, with a grounded, breath-focused approach that meets you where you are.

Whether you are new to yoga, returning after time away, or deepening a long-time practice, I am here to support you in moving, breathing, and feeling more at home in your body.
